Anxiety
Led by Tracy Miller, PLLC

Join us for a practical, discussion-based class on understanding and overcoming anxiety. Together we will explore topics such as worry, panic, cognitive distortions, uncertainty, and exposure, while learning tools that can be applied in everyday life. Biblical truth, psychology, and brain science will be woven together throughout the course to help participants move toward greater peace and freedom.

The Cynic’s Guide to Church
Led by Donny Hale

Most people who have spent time in church have experienced both its strengths and its shortcomings, though often in very different ways. This discussion-based class creates space for honest questions and thoughtful conversation as we explore topics such as authority, church culture, spiritual harm, and the biblical vision for the church. Whether your experience has been largely positive, deeply disappointing, or somewhere in between, you are invited to join us as we seek greater understanding, wisdom, and hope together.
